- Early Departure / Reduced stay: 100% of total booking

Celebration Dinner

Honeymoon & Wedding Anniversary (Added-Values)

- Important requirements:
- For Honeymooners a Wedding Certificate should not be older than 9 months before arrival date
- For Wedding anniversary, weddings date to be advised at the time of booking & anniversary should fall within one month prior or after couple stay at the hotel. Applicable to every 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th wedding anniversary
- A copy of a valid wedding certificate or proof of marriage should be forwarded at the time of booking so that the respective contracted honeymoon offer may be applied.
- Failure to provide any kind of proof either at the time of check-in or prior to clients departure will result in clients not benefitting the honeymoon amenities at the hotel or will be billed the difference in rates should a discount had been applied.

- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will be postponed or cancelled subject to merchant's aproval (if cancelled, it will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account)
