Hotel Cancellation Policies:
- For stays until 31st December 2025
- Free Cancellation: customers must request amendment or cancellation 8 days (D-8) prior to arrival date
- If request to cancel or amend booking falls between 7 days and 3 days before arrival, customer will be charged 50% of total booking
- If request to cancel or amend booking falls within 2 days (D-2) prior to arrival or later, customer will be charged 100% of total booking
- Early Departure / Reduced stay / No Show: 100% of total booking
- For stays from 01st January to 31st December 2026
- Free Cancellation: customers must request amendment or cancellation 32 days (D-32) prior to arrival date
- If request to cancel or amend booking falls between 30 to 31 days before arrival, customer will be charged 20% of total booking
- If request to cancel or amend booking falls between 29 to 7 days before arrival, customer will be charged 50% of total booking
- If request to cancel or amend booking falls within 3 days (D-3) prior to arrival or later, customer will be charged 100% of total booking
- Early Departure / Reduced stay / No Show: 100% of total booking will be charged

Tourist Tax:

- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will be postponed or cancelled subject to merchant's aproval (if cancelled, it will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account)
