We were there in January 2023 for my husband's birthday. Very disappointed. Food very bad, no variety, air con in room noisy, lack of staff. For the price that we paid, no value for money.

Deceptive pictures. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable than the bed. Left after 1 night. Do not charge these prices if you can't provide the service! No parking! Awful experience!

First of all the guy at the reception does not have knowledge in customer service. His approach was very cold as i checked in, right after me was a tourist. I could see how his behavior changed, with a broad smile and how he spoke to them. I wanted to ask, are Mauritian not customers, are we not paying you ? However the lady was much more nicer and welcoming.
Secondly the room is not the same as shown in pictures at all, not even hot water in the bathroom. Bed is even more uncomfortable to sleep.
People come to hotel to relax, there was renovation work going on which caused great disturbances. I didn’t go there to see something being renovated. Kindly work on your customer service skill and try to treat everyone the same, or simply let someone more responsible and kind take your place.
The only thing that was nice was the food. Thanks and goodbye.
