• When traveling to Reunion Island, guests will need to comply with the following Customs entry requirements:
  • Passport: A valid passport covering the entire duration of your stay
  • Return Ticket: Proof of return or onward travel may be requested upon arrival
  • Accommodation: Booking Confirmation of your hotel reservation must be presented
• This offer is not applicable to holders of Chinese or Indian passports, due to specific immigration procedures

Tourist Tax:

• EUR 1.50 per person as from 12 years old per day — to be paid upon arrival by the guests (amount is subject to change as from 01st January 2026)

Hotel Cancellation Policies:

• For stays until 31st October 2026
  • Before 61 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation fees
  • From 60 days to 7 days before arrival date: 30% of total booking
  • From 7 days up to 48 hours prior arrival date: 60% of total booking
  • Less than 48 hours prior arrival date: 100% of total booking
  • Early Departure / Reduced Stay / No Show: 100% of total booking
