- Starter: chilli bites (gato piments) and vegetable samosas.
- Main course: Mauritian chicken curry with steamed rice and faratas, rougailles, vegetable fricassee, coconut and tomato chatinis and the homemade chilli paste.
- Dessert: candied papaya with vanilla ice cream or sorbet.

The lodge sits among the nature reserves, about 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the west coast. This spa break pairs a 60 minute signature massage with a 4 course Mauritian lunch.
