Participant Guidelines:
- All passengers must provide a valid proof of photo identity, in the form of ID cards, passport or driving license
- Passengers are requested to arrive 45 minutes prior to activity time
- This experience is conditional on maximum seating capacity and weather conditions:
- Seating capacity: 4 passengers in H120. If maximum number of passengers as per seating capacity for each helicopter is not met, flight will be rescheduled for another date and time
- Booking will be completed and accepted by merchant once the flight is completed with the exact number of passengers
- Flights are subject to weather conditions and flight times can be amended or cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons that Corail Helicoptère may consider being valid. In respect of the confirmed booking following cancellation, flights can be cancelled and postponed to another date and time or amended to a shorter flight duration
- Weight of all passengers must be communicated upon booking and will be checked at check-in for safety reasons. In case of wrong weight, passenger will be refused boarding, resulting in booking cancellation and no refund will be provided
- E-ticket will be provided via email to passengers after purchase has been completed, and should be presented in order to board flight

Customer Conditions:
- No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
